OpenAd has an eclectic team of people from all over the world brought together by their belief that great ideas should be used. The website and its structure is Swiss-owned, but is operated out of the UK.

Vital is one of Slovenia's most dynamic and respected Creatives as well as being the brains behind OpenAd. He remains its guiding hand creatively.
Vital came up with the concept of an ideas website ten years ago and developed it in his spare time, whilst also founding and developing one of New Europe's most successful ad agencies, Futura.
His talents landed major accounts from clients such as Unilever, McDonald's and Peugeot, driving Futura to be named New Europe's Agency of the Year no fewer than three times at the Golden Drum Festival. His company has also won numerous international creative awards including prizes from the New York and Epica festivals.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for running the OpenAd group.
Katarina is responsible for the strategy and development of the group of companies and their implementation and alignment within the companies themselves. After having studied electrical engineering, she began her career in media in 1993 at a Slovenian ad agency, the Vision Factory, which she helped found. After taking part in some commentary features on advertising, she was offered a job creating and hosting the country's weekly advertising programme, CikCak, which she did for eight years. She has also lectured in advertising at the University of Ljubljana. She was lured to help set up OpenAd in 2003.
She's already set up two successful ventures: an agency she helped to get off the ground and a new show that became, against all odds, a prime time success. Katarina is fluent in English, French, Italian, German and Slovenian.

Simona is a long-time colleague of Katarina's, having worked with the OpenAd co-founder as Director on her weekly advertising show, CikCak.
A journalist by training, she researched and directed several documentaries before joining OpenAd in 2005; becoming the driving force behind the company's constantly evolving internet service, as well as operations processes. Simona abides by the strictest of rules in implementing systems and organisation, not always easy in a fast growing young company. The calm within the storm, Simona is currently focused on ISO standardisation as well as ensuring Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
